The military man explained that serving summonses at the place of residence is the main method of notification, since the TCC contains information about those liable for military service and one of the items is his residential address.
If a citizen violates the rules of military registration not for the first time, he can be forcibly brought in by the police.
“How was it before? If a person violates the rules of military registration, does not appear on a summons, his data is transferred to the police and then search measures are taken. Now search measures can be avoided, because here he is and there is no need to look for him,” noted the TCC speaker .
In Poltava, as part of increased mobilization, OSBB representatives are required to provide access to entrances.
“Representatives of the TCC enter the entrance, knock on the apartment and already communicate with the citizen. We are not talking now in any way about issuing a summons as issuing a so-called combat summons. Only for arriving at the TCC,” added Roman Istomin.
According to him, notification in public places “is a necessary measure,” since not everyone follows the rules of military registration and lives at the address that they last submitted to the TCC.
