Ginger helps to get rid of fungus and bacteria in the abdomen, and it is one of the natural ways to get rid of parasites.
You can put a spoonful of ground ginger in a cup, pour boiling water over it, and then leave it covered until it becomes warm, and it can be sweetened with honey and then drunk.
Prevention of Irritable Bowel Syndrome
Since there is no clear cause of irritable bowel syndrome; The disease cannot be prevented, but symptoms can be avoided if we already suffer from it by doing the following:
1- Follow a diet prescribed by the doctor
2- Exercising and relaxing exercises
3- Stay away from anxiety and stress
4- Avoid disease triggers
