Until now, cases of diarrhea still hit the city of Bandung, even in one of the private schools in the city of Bandung, out of 22 kindergarten students in one class, only 6 students were able to take part in the lessons, the rest were unable to enter school due to diarrhea and fever. The diarrhea that occurred hit the students one by one.

In general, people say that the causes of diarrhea are the environment, unhealthy lifestyles and erratic weather changes, which cause a decrease in the body’s immunity.

However, we need to know that diarrhea can also occur due to Helicobacter pylori infection. If the diarrhea you experience lasts for days, we need to make sure that Helicobacter pylori infection can also cause diarrhea. Helicobacter pylori infection can attack anyone, regardless of age and gender. Helicobacter pylori infection in several developing countries is susceptible to infecting children and adults.

A person can easily contract this virus if:
1. Consume raw water

2. Infected by family/relatives who share a residence

3. Poor residential sanitation.

4. Decreased immunity

Helicobacter pylori infection is a disease caused by Helicobacter pylori bacteria. This bacteria will first enter through our digestive tract, so that initially it will cause inflammation of the stomach and slowly attack other parts. So to ensure proper treatment it is very necessary to carry out a physical examination such as:

1. Urea breath test: this test is to determine the presence of these bacteria.
2. Endoscopy:

Abdominal biopsy examination using an endoscope, to check for signs of infection.

3. The stool antigen test detects compounds that stimulate the immune system
4. blood antibody test: this test is to find out whether the body forms antibodies against Helicobacter pylori
