There are several ways to prevent cancer, including quitting smoking for active smokers, eating more fruits and vegetables, reducing alcohol drinking habits, limiting high-calorie foods, exercising diligently, protecting the skin from sun radiation, carrying out cancer vaccinations, and conducting cancer screening. since early stage.
