He pointed out that it is easy to suffer from depression resulting from psychological trauma, if there is a family history of depression, as well as suffering from other psychological disorders such as obsessive-compulsive disorder, and the lack of psychological and moral support from those around it.
By treating psychological trauma, the psychiatry consultant confirmed that this matter requires the patient to undergo cognitive-behavioral therapy, which helps the patient learn how to deal with negative emotions, with the necessity of taking some drug treatments that reduce bouts of depression.
