Here is the message of the day for your clarity
We are under the effect of a VERY STRONG wave of cosmic radiation for about 30 hours. Since these radiations have a much (but MUCH) higher vibration than our physical body, they can cause the following symptoms:
– Excessive hunger
– Fatigue and muscle weakness
– Dizziness and mental confusion
– A feeling of coldness in the body, regardless of the outside temperature
– Trembling and/or vibrations throughout the body
– Anxiety or restlessness
– Pain in the lumbar area
– The heart beats faster
– Sharpening of senses (the ability to hear sounds that others do not hear or the ability to see things that others do not see)
– Headache, migraine, tingling and/or burning in different parts of the brain.
In fact, what we perceive as “pain” is just an electrical overload of the nervous system.
This process of the physical body adapting to the new energies is NOT a disease, nor is it life threatening. It’s just that our body needs to adapt to the new energies on Earth so we can keep it, so we can experience the individual and collective Ascension that leads us into the New Reality.
Hydrate yourself, allow the energies to work within you, don’t force your physical body, and as much as possible, listen to your intuition.
