Indeed, sometimes someone lets the sound. Because, it will only be heard at the beginning and henceforth it will no longer be heard. However, there are also users who feel uncomfortable, even seem like a broken machine.

When you decide to fix an automatic motorbike that makes noises. It is better not to immediately convict that the cause of the sound is only in one part.

Clean the CVT Tub

To solve the problem of vibrating Vario motors at low RPM, you can try cleaning the CVT chamber of the motorbike which looks dirty. There may be a lot of dust stuck to the clutch and roller parts.

As a result, dust on the roller and clutch components can create excess friction. It even decreases and produces vibrations on the body and the handlebars of the motorbike.

Gredek Vario Motor Change Weight Set and Clutch Housing

While you are cleaning the CVT body, it is also a good idea to check the Weight Set and Clutch Housing components. Both components may be worn and thin.

If this is true, then it causes the grip of the clutch pad with the clutch cup to be not optimal. It even results in the power from the engine rotation being channeled to the V-Belt pulley.

Until finally it will cause vibrations in the engine. When you see the shape of the Weight Set and Clutch Housing components that are worn and thin, replace them immediately. This will eliminate the problem of vibration on your Vario motor.

Replace the Oil Seal on the Driven Pulley

The oil seal on the Driven Pulley plays a role in preventing engine oil from entering the CVT tub. If this component is worn out, it is likely that engine oil will seep into the CVT tub. This will also cause the Pulley to slip.

Apart from that, it will also rotate the V-Belt optimally which will result in the appearance of Gredek on the Vario motorbike. When you check the CVT tub and find traces of oil, then you can be sure there is a problem. The oil seal on the driven pulley is leaking and you should replace it with a new one immediately.

Ganti V-Belt

The V-belt on an automatic motorbike has a role as a motor drive. This component continues the rotation of the engine to the rear wheels. Its function is to always move at high speed, the possibility of spring power is reduced and it becomes loose.

Problematic V-Belts often cause noise in the CVT tub. A loose V-belt can also cause vibrations on the Vario when the initial pull.
