Preparations have begun for the next Ramadan 2023 season, which will be in March, and the next season will see the presence of a number of Syrian works for the competition between the social and historical works of the Levantine environment.

Among the works that have reserved a place for him in the upcoming Ramadan season, and is expected to achieve great success, is the series “Under the Ashes”, written by Hazem Suleiman and directed by Amer Fahd.
The work, whose shooting moved from the Syrian capital, Damascus, to the Lebanese capital, Beirut, recently addresses the theme of religious coexistence and the period of extremism in all its forms entering Syria from abroad.
The work is timed to address the time period in 1994 when extremist ideology spread and affected the course of life in Syria during that period.
Among the names that have been contracted for the action league so far is Algerian artist Amal Bouchoucha, who rose to fame as an actress in Syrian drama.
In the previous Ramadan season, Bouchoucha presented the series “On a Hot Tin” together with Bassem Yakhour, Milad Youssef, Salloum Haddad and others, written by Ali Wajih and Yamen Al-Hijali and directed by Saif Al-Subaie.
Also participating in the work is Syrian artist Ahmed Al-Ahmad, who appeared in the last season of Ramadan in the Egyptian drama, through the character “The Terrorist Sayyaf” in the series “The Returners”, with Amir Karara, Amina Khalil, Muhammad Farraj and others .
And the artist Abdel Moneim Amairi, who has proven himself in the last period in the Arab world and presented many illustrious roles, including his role in the series ‘An Unknown Record’ through the character of Samir, a role which helped him to spread in the Arab world, so that Sadiq Al-Sabah contracted with him and presented a role of Wadi’ in the famous prestige series a Together with Tim Hassan, participated in the last season of Ramadan in the series “Shadow” with the Jalal character.
Among the names hired for the action championship was artist Samia Al-Jazaery, whose appearance in the second part of the ‘Salon Zahra’ series, and recently shown on the ‘Watch’ platform, sparked controversy due to the role that doesn’t fit his story.
Among the names participating in the work is the Syrian artist Fayez Kazak, present in the Ramadan 2022 season in the series “Kasr al-Azm” with the character of al-Hakim, and the work has achieved considerable success in dealing with corruption issues in Syria.
And some sources have revealed that there are many vacant figures in the work that have not yet been established to be introduced.
