In an interview IGN At the Game Developers Conference, Pavel Sasko from CD Projekt RED said that gamers still have some digging to do if they want to find all the secrets in Cyberpunk 2077.
Referring to a list of game secrets he recently saw, Sasko said that “the list is long, but not everything was on it.” He admitted that some secrets could already have been discovered, but they were simply not reported openly – someone kept them to themselves.
It’s a good reminder that even with a lot of discussion about video games on social media, there are still secrets that can slip through the cracks. In this regard, the Internet with Twitter, YouTube and forums allow players to comb virtual worlds much more efficiently. Just imagine if Elden Ring had come out in a time before the internet. People wouldn’t know about the various quest lines and secrets for years.
The FF:06:B5 Cyberpunk conspiracy theory could hardly have been solved (if indeed it was solved) without its dedicated subreddit. It’s still unclear if we’ve managed to unravel everything related to the mysterious code that has plagued Cyberpunk 2077 since launch, but dedicated players have managed to uncover a mysterious side story involving master hackers, an in-game parody of Wolfenstein 3D featuring Johnny Silverhand, and oddities. possibly related to The Witcher.
And the Phantom Liberty payphone also includes secrets. Sasko confirmed to IGN that there are more codes that we haven’t dialed or called.
