Mexico City, March 27, 2022.- The National Polytechnic Institute (IPN) must respond to a series of criminal and administrative complaints against the violated technological rights of the polytechnic community, as stated by the Mexican Transversal Justice (JTM) collective.
“In addition to the acts of corruption and sexual harassment that have been aired within the general directorate in recent weeks, there is a criminal complaint against the institution, which is directed by Arturo Reyes Sandoval, because it left the rights of thousands vulnerable. of students, academics and employees to the digital connection”, said the lawyer Mauricio Santiago Eder.

“Academicians and researchers have fallen prey to these corruption actions, which uncover a series of irregularities that have been developed for several decades in the administrative offices, material acquisition offices and those that offer a technical qualification to digital products and services of the IPN.
“A sewer has been uncovered where it is now known that various officials, who report to director Reyes Sandoval, are not only singled out for alleged acts of corruption, but also for sexual and labor harassment and harassment,” explained the litigant.
