The comedy, presented this morning at the Teatro Principal, delves into the concepts of friendship and love and their repercussions in everyday life. José María Turmo, manager of the Municipal Board of Performing Arts and Image, has accompanied the actor Bernardo Rivera, who has been in charge of unraveling part of the argument in advance. Turmo has highlighted that the work has “all the ingredients for success”, with a “sensitive, effective and direct” text. In summary, an intelligent representation, accompanied by a “very simple” scenery, which undoubtedly helps its operation. According to the manager, the work “accompanies, but does not distract”, which allows exalting the performance of the two actors. Including the interaction with the public, the scene meets “all the requirements of a very current, direct and emotional theater that will strike the viewer’s heartstrings, with intelligence”has sentenced Turmo.
The 75-minute play arrives in Zaragoza for the first time after triumphing in other cities on the national scene such as Seville, Almería or the Teatro Lara in Madrid, where they performed for several consecutive Sundays in the months of June and July 2019 Also, it was awarded at the Villa de Burguillos Festival (Seville)in December of that same year, in the categories of best actress, best direction and best lighting.

Bernardo Rivera has emphasized the way of telling the story as the main feature. In it, the two protagonists (Patricia and Carlos) meet again at the funeral of their friend Sergio Villanueva, a media politician who leaves them an enigmatic letter. Thanks to this letter, the work reviews past and present elements of the relationships between the protagonists. Galician actress Candela Solé, meanwhile, is the other visible face of the show. She has developed almost her entire dramatic career on wooden boards, and she is currently embarking on other theatrical projects such as Playby Dario Frias. The usual schedule of the different functions will be 8:00 p.m., except for Sunday, day on which they will close this cycle at 7:00 p.m. The work is recommended for all audiences and will have a single price of 20 euros.
