Uncharted 4 and Lost Legacy are refurbished and come to PC

In the last couple of years, Sony has chosen to release several PlayStation games on PC. From before, Days Gone and Horizon Zero Dawn have tumbled over from the console to the PC market, and now it’s the flagship series Uncharted’s turn.

During Thursday night’s PlayStation presentation, Sony and Naughty Dog announced that they are refurbishing the last two Uncharted games: Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End and Uncharted: The Lost Legacy. The two are gathered in a package called Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collection. The package will be released on PC and PlayStation 5 in early 2022.

That the Uncharted series should go over to PC was actually revealed already this spring. In an investor talk, Sony said that Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End was the next game out in one of the documents presented.

When Uncharted 4 came to PlayStation 4 in 2016, we were generous in our review. The grade ended at nine out of ten points, and we mostly had only words of praise to give.

– With Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End, Naughty Dog has managed to create another fantastic game in a series that is already characterized by at least one other fantastic feature (yes, I’m talking about Uncharted 2: Among Thieves). Almost everything is finely honed and finished than before, with a better flow and a better selection of approaches in everything from combat sequences to exploration.

The official Uncharted movie is still on the way.
Sony recently had to move the premiere day to February 2022 »
