At the same time, he said that he received verbal guarantees from Putin that he would allow convoys with grain to leave Odessa. But provided that the port is cleared by Ukraine, then Russian ships will not attack Odessa.
“The question always arises when you talk with the President of the Russian Federation, how much we can trust him. We must try to find out whether he is really a partner in the issue of grain exports, or not,” Karl Nehammer said.
