After the uproar caused by the police stop at Sunday’s femicide outside the police station of Agioi Anargyro, the MAT in today’s march continue to provoke by stomping demonstrators protesting the murder.
Feminist organizations, student associations and collectives are marching in the center of Athens.
As can be seen in the videos and photos from the demonstration, the police defiantly surrounded the march and the MAT men started the thumping.
In the videos we publish, police officers make gestures and swear at protesters. While without any shame a MAT man reproduces the propaganda of far-right circles and defiantly shouts “yours killed Sunday”.
The police of Mr. Chrysochoidis and the government are once again completely uncontrollable, knowing that there will be no punishment for what their organs do.
