Users biznet complained that he could not watch the 2022 World Cup from the Vidio application. How come?
Biznet users have complained about this issue on Twitter. They asked why they couldn’t access the Vidio application to watch World Cup 2022. In fact, looking at others smoothly.
They directly quote the official Biznet Twitter account @BiznetHome regarding this issue. The Biznet admin seems to be quite responsive in responding to user complaints.

detikINET also asked for confirmation from Consumer Marketing Senior Manager of Biznet, Adrianto Sulistyo. He confirmed that there were problems encountered by some users.
“Repairs are still ongoing as soon as possible,” Adrianto said on Friday (26/11/2022).
According to Adrianto, the team and the Biznet team I saw it they communicated with each other to find the source of the problem. Routing and connection between Biznet and Vidio are monitored normally.
“The team has been communicating directly with each other. We are still investigating what the problem is,” he concluded.
