The UN Security Council is gathering for an urgently called meeting at 10pm Norwegian time tonight to discuss the situation surrounding the destroyed Kakhovka dam in southern Ukraine.
Both Ukraine and Russia have requested that the Security Council meet on the matter.
Ukraine and Russia accuse each other of being behind the destruction of the dam.
