“Umrah is ruined.” Karim Fahmy defends a woman who was beaten on the street

The artist, Karim Fahmy, has revealed that he hit a person in the street after he hit a “handkerchief seller”.

“Fahmy” wrote on his official Facebook account: “Because if only someone takes pictures and there is no need to, and if I was walking right now in Ahmed Orabi, I found someone holding one selling handkerchiefs and beating them for road, and two men with him stood and looked.”

Fahmy continued, “I hit the man, humiliated his dignity and cursed him… insults, and finally let her hit him.. (That’s how the Umrah broke).”

The artist, Karim Fahmy, had performed Umrah rituals in the Holy Land, accompanied by his wife and artist Omar Al-Saeed, and had published a series of photos in front of the Kaaba.
