In a significant event to strengthen the evaluation of UMM Online courses, the award ceremony was held for the winning teachers of the “First Contest for the Preparation of Reagents for UMM Online Courses”.
The event was attended by the winning teachers and authorities of the University, the Rector Lic. Hector Sepulveda Prietothe Prof. Carmen Tamez MunozAcademic Vice Chancellor, the Drag. Lorena FrankerbergVice Chancellor for Growth and Institutional Development, and the Prof. Margarita Saenz CavazosVice-Rector for Innovation and Educational Technology.
More than 19 teachers from different subjects participated in the contest organized by the Office of the Vice President for Innovation and Educational Technology. Each teacher made 40 reagents per courserelating the 4 modulesand the structure of the reagent, the clarity in the writing and the cognitive level of reference were assessed, so that the students understand, analyze, synthesize and carry out the application of knowledge to real or hypothetical situations.
The 5 winning teachers were:
- The Prof. Victoria Cobos-Ortizfor the reagents for the course Development in Childhood and Adolescencefrom Bachelor of Education and Human Development and the Bachelor of Organizational Psychology.
- The Master Gustavo Paceli by Luca Gallegosfor the reagents of the course Introduction to Study of Lawfrom Degree in Criminology for Social Prevention and the Bachelor of Criminal Anthropology Studies.
- The Master Ignatius Alberto Flores Moralesfor their reagents for the course Introduction to Accountingfrom Bachelor of Accounting and Finance, Business Administration and Marketing and Commercialization.
- The Prof. Carmen Isabel Lopez Delgadofor his work building reagents for the course Conceptual Framework for Teaching Practicefrom Master of Education and Teaching.
- And the Master Jorge Mauricio Heredia Cancelswinner for the elaboration of reagents for the course Verbal and Written Expression IIsubject present in all UMM Online programs.
With this type of contest, a pertinent evaluation is sought, connected with practice and with what happens in reality.
