Victory Party Chairman Ümit Özdağ held a press conference at the headquarters of his party today.
Ümit Özdağ brought up the capture of the leader of ISIS in Istanbul, which was announced by local and foreign media organs with reference to Odatv.
Özdağ said, “The leader of ISIS was caught in Istanbul three weeks ago,” and said:
