Galatasaray lost 2-1 against Beşiktaş in the derby match of the 10th week of Spor Toto Super League.
In the match played at Vodafone Park, Galatasaray went ahead 1-0 with Alexandru Cicaldau’s goal in the 35th minute, and could not prevent Cyle Larin’s goals in the 39th and 64th minutes and left the field without points. While the yellow-red team, whose three-game winning streak ended in the Super League, remained at 17 points, Beşiktaş increased its score to 20.
Ümit Davala, who was also an assistant coach at Galatasaray for a while, criticized Fernando Muslera for the gold that the yellow-red people ate.
Ümit Davala said, “Besiktas, attacking with short passes from the center, scored a goal with a long ball coming from the side instead. Muslera also has a mistake. If you get out, you will get that ball.”
