The 71st national congress of the Umih will take place from November 28 to 30, 2023, in the center of Angers Congress (Angers, 49). During these three days, more than 600 elected officials, business leaders and union officials will be present. They will discuss the future of CHRDs (cafes, hotels, restaurants and nightclubs). Vincent Ferniot, gastronomic journalist and presenter at Sud Radio and Public Senat, will host the congress.
“Committed to tomorrow, let’s share our appetite for the future” is the theme highlighted this year. The current energy context will also be at the center of discussions. Experts and committed professionals will present “sustainable solutions” around the themes of energy sobriety, sustainable food and the digital transition.
Umih 2023: invited ministers
Several state figures are expected. Christophe Bechu, Minister of Ecological Transition and Territorial Cohesion of France, will be present on Tuesday, November 28. As well as Olivia Grégoire, Minister Delegate in charge of Small and Medium Enterprises, Commerce, Crafts and Tourism, who will speak on Wednesday November 29.
Umih 2023 will end on Thursday, November 30 with a report from the Umih and GNC branch presidents. But also by the approval of the roadmap. Finally, Thierry Marx, confederal president of Umih, will close the three days of congress.
