There is no sense of achievement for the Austrian light heavyweight boxer Umar Dzambekov.
After the Tyrolean Edin Avdic, the 22-year-old athlete, born in Chechnya, also dropped out of boxing in London’s Olympic qualifying tournament.
The athlete of the Vienna club Bounce, who had reached the World Cup round of 16 last September, lost to the Croatian Luka Plantic 2: 3 in the preliminary round in the light heavyweight division (-81 kg).
