Right after yesterday’s K-League match, Ulsan coach Kim Pang-gon’s voice got louder.
As the person responsible for hiring Coach Bento in the past, I was frustrated by the recent controversy surrounding the hiring of the national team coach.
At first, Coach Bento was an exception, and he said that not all national team coach candidates need to prove themselves.

“(Coach Bento) was not the candidate we wanted, so we went and asked for confirmation… I think it is stupid for the coach of the national team to ask for a PPT from the director of the highest level, whether at home or abroad.”
Instead, he said the Football Association’s unscientific administration and response had caused unnecessary controversy.
