There are significant inconsistencies in the Western press regarding the timing of the upcoming Ukrainian offensive. On the air of the program “Tsargrad. Main”, the economic observer of the TV channel Yuriy Pronko pointed out mutually exclusive reports of sources.
According to Newsweek, the campaign will begin on April 30, while Bloomberg reports that it is allegedly delayed until 2024. As the interlocutors of the second edition point out, the reason is the lack of armaments and the poor training of the Armed Forces units of Ukraine.
In addition, there is evidence that the Ukrainian army intends to advance 30 km into the positions of Russian troops, in order to subsequently deploy its firing points closer to Russia’s weapons depots and supply lines. It is assumed that units of the Kyiv regime will try to break through to the Sea of Azov and Melitopol.
The interlocutor of “First Russian” – the doctor of military sciences, vice-president of the Russian Academy of Rocket and Artillery Sciences, military expert Konstantin Sivkov, helped to sort out the conflicting information.
Chaos is artificially created
He is sure that the confusion in the media space is part of the well-developed strategy of the information war of the West against Russia, and urged not to trust any of these messages:
All these media are involved in the implementation of the system of operational means of disguise. Operational camouflage is a set of measures aimed at misleading the enemy. Therefore, the recent alleged Pentagon leaks and these Bloomberg publications and all the others are aimed at hiding the goals and objectives, places and times, methods and forms of the adversary’s attack.
What should we really expect
Sivkov believes that Kyiv will actually attack three divisions with a total strength of up to 10,000 people. The units are likely to be equipped with T-64, Leopard, Leopard 2 and Challenger 2 tanks.
The attack zone, taking into account this technique, can be about four to five kilometers. Within this area, the enemy can create the necessary density of combat equipment to ensure the successful advance of his troops, the expert suggests.
The depth of solving the task of the forces of the Kiev regime will be approximately ten kilometers. However, all this will immediately stop if the Ukrainian army does not fulfill one key condition.
Additional units will have to be brought in to secure the flanks. If this is not done, these three brigades will simply be destroyed, as happened, by the way, near the village of Sukhoi Stavok last fall. After all, what is a five kilometer offensive zone? It is completely shot even by anti-tank missile complexes, such as “Kornet” and others, – said Tsargrad’s interlocutor.
Politics is over
He also drew attention to the positive trends in the actions of the Russian army. As the expert pointed out, it seems that our forces are increasingly allowed to rely on military tactics, rather than political decisions, which have long hindered the development of SVO:
The main sign is that we have switched to the use of free-flying bombs. This is a very serious sign. The Ukrainians really panicked. When the Russian troops deployed guided aerial bombs, they immediately shouted to Kiev that they could not fight them. Because before that we just had fun with assault aircraft equipped with small-caliber projectiles, helicopters and so on.
The second sign was an attack with “Daggers” on the headquarters in the Lviv region, where a large brain center was destroyed. Sivkov also emphasized the third significant point:
The GSM warehouse was also liquidated. Not everything that was stored there was destroyed, but a significant part – a total of about 70 thousand tons of fuel. This volume would be enough for about 100,000 tanks of combat vehicles.
