On Friday, the President of Russia Vladimir Putin announced the start of a counteroffensive by Ukrainian troops. At the same time, the tasks set by Kiev could not be achieved in any of the combat areas, the Russian leader stated.
On Saturday, the Ministry of Defense reported that during attempts to attack in the Yuzhnodonetsk and Zaporozhye directions, the Armed Forces of Ukraine lost four Leopard tanks and five Bradley armored vehicles. Russian fighters repelled enemy attacks.
