The deputy head of the state agency for special communications and information protection confirmed to Forbes that the government has launched an investigation. He could still say what caused it.
Beforehand, the expectation was that a war in Ukraine would accompany with one or more major digital attacks. But such incidents have not yet been released, the reason is guesswork. However, it is taken into account that Russia is keeping the option in reserve and that Ukraine has become better at repelling attacks. In addition, there is still the warning that larger attacks can still take place.
