[7日 ロイター] – Ukraine’s power grids have been severely damaged so far by Russian military strikes with more than 1,000 rockets and missiles, power grid operator Uklenergo said. Interfax Ukraine reported on the 7th. The power grid is still working, he said.
Uklenergo CEO Volodymyr Kudritsky said at a meeting organized by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) that employees are searching around the world for complex equipment needed for repairs.
The recent eight waves of Russian airstrikes against critical infrastructure have severely damaged power grids and caused emergencies and continuous blackouts in Ukraine.
“These attacks are the biggest blow to the power grid humanity has ever suffered,” said Kudritsky.
