On the night of Sunday, the military counter-intelligence service of the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) with 16 drones struck an army airfield in the Kursk region of Russia, several Ukrainian media reported, citing a source in the SBU.

Four Su-30 aircraft and a MIG-29 aircraft were attacked by kamikaze drones.
The radars of the S-300 complex and two “Pancir” complexes were also hit.
Almost all drones have achieved their goals.
The Russians recorded at least 13 explosions, the source said, adding that more precise consequences of the strike would be known soon.
The governor of Russia’s Kursk region, Roman Starovoits, announced on Sunday night that a drone had hit a multi-story building in Kursk.
No one was injured, the glass of the building was broken, the official claimed.
