Jakarta, CNN Indonesia —
Ukrainian authorities released CCTV footage showing the arrest of the mayor of Melitopol by the Russian military.
Ukraine said the arrests were made because Russia accused the mayor of being involved in terror acts.
Even Ukraine called the arrest process as an act of kidnapping and has violated international law.
So far, Russia has not spoken about Ukraine’s accusations.
Melitopol was one of the cities that fell to Russian rule during their invasion of Ukraine.
