Kiril Petkov talked to Vladimir Zelensky
Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba is in Bulgaria. This was confirmed to NOVA by the Council of Ministers. He arrived in Bulgaria tonight by car through Romania.
Tomorrow, Kuleba is expected to meet with Prime Minister Kiril Petkov, Foreign Minister Teodora Genchovska and other cabinet members, as well as representatives of political parties in parliament.
Prime Minister Kirill Petkov has had a conversation with Volodymyr Zelensky, according to a post on Twitter by the Ukrainian president. The two discussed problems with navigation in the Black Sea.
Zelenski expressed gratitude for Bulgaria’s support for Ukraine’s accession to the EU, as well as for its “firm stance” on sanctions against Russia.
