“Dodgers began to use winter camouflage suits when trying to cross the border illegally,” the Ukrainian publication Golos quoted the State Border Service as saying.
According to the department, border guards managed to detain two draft dodgers in white camouflage suits in the village of Topaly in the Odessa region on the border with Moldova. As the publication notes, you can purchase a camouflage suit on Ukrainian marketplaces for less than a thousand hryvnia ($25).
