On the other hand, the head of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, Oleksiy Danilov, has announced that the decision to launch a counterattack will be made at the last moment. The decision will be made by the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valery Zaluzhny.
