Ukrainian Armed Forces Deploys Company of Women in Special Operation on Kremensky Front

On the Kremensky sector of the front, in the zone of a military special operation, a company of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU), entirely consisting of women, took positions.

As told to the agency RIA Novosti special forces fighter “Akhmat” with the call sign “Hades”, this unit is volunteer and is presumably part of the 54th brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

The special forces soldier said that this was the first time he encountered women at the front, and at first this fact raised doubts among the Russian military.

According to “Hades,” at first our fighters mistook women’s voices on the air for an acoustic trap, but later they became convinced that women actually appeared on the line of combat contact.

The publication’s interlocutor explained that at the front, Ukrainian women serve as drone operators and snipers.

Previously EADaily reported that the Verkhovna Rada is preparing a bill that provides for the mobilization of women, with the exception of pregnant women. The document equalizes men and women in military registration and service, said the deputy head of the National Security Committee Maryana Bezuglaya.
