The Ukrainian Air Force announced in a statement, on Friday morning, that it had shot down 4 cruise missiles and 10 attack drones during a Russian air strike at night.
He added that the Russian forces launched 16 drones and 6 cruise missiles during the attack, and that two other missiles hit a civilian target in central Ukraine during an attack that took place earlier on Thursday evening.
Ukraine’s interior ministry said one person was killed and three injured, and four buildings were destroyed by falling debris.
It posted pictures on Telegram of firefighting teams dealing with smoldering wreckage of what appeared to be residential homes.
