According to him, Ukraine is currently actively preparing to receive F-16 aircraft. Both infrastructure and technical equipment are being prepared. At the same time, pilots and technical personnel are being prepared: “Work is underway, we will receive them soon,” said Umerov.
Ukraine’s partner countries have formed an “aviation coalition” under which they will train Ukrainian pilots to master modern F-16 fighter jets and transfer these planes to the Ukrainian army.
