Ukrainian authorities have strengthened the border with Belarus.
In this regard, they even had to destroy the roads.
SIA reported on this with reference to the words of Andriy Demchenko, head of the State Border Service of Ukraine.
According to the Ukrainian official, the works are going from Volyn to Chernigov region.
It should be noted that Ukraine’s border with Belarus is more than a thousand kilometers long and is currently fortified to the maximum extent. Demchenko said that the work of strengthening border protection is regularly carried out by Ukrainian border guards.
As we mentioned above, the State Border Service of Ukraine deliberately destroys existing roads and creates engineering fortifications as well as blockades to strengthen the border.
Besides, according to Demchenko, fences are being built on the border with Belarus.
It should be noted that some time ago Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy stated that there is no threat of an attack from Belarus on Ukraine.
