This year the weather surprises with its changeability.
IN Ukraine warming should be expected only in the second ten days of February. During the month the weather will be characterized by frequent temperature changes.
About it reported People’s forecaster Vladimir Derkach writes “Telegraph”.
According to him, the beginning of February will show a slight cooling. Temperatures are expected to be below freezing at night and around 0°C during the day. Later in the day the temperature will rise, although the nights will be mostly minus. Precipitation will be moderate, on some days it will be quite windy and this weather will last until the end of the decade.
As the weather forecaster predicts, in the second ten days of February, strong gusts of wind will be observed on some days. The beginning of this decade will be marked by a cold snap: a sharp drop in temperature will be observed at night, and rather moderate temperatures will remain during the day. Precipitation will increase, and after that the temperature will drop again for two to three days. The end of the second decade will surprise with sharp warming.
