Sleet and rain, sometimes with the accumulation of wet snow and sleet, are forecast in the South, East, and also in the Dnipropetrovsk region. The air temperature at night and during the day will be from 1 degree below zero to 4 degrees above zero, in Crimea – 2 to 7 degrees above zero.
In the rest of the territory it will be moderate at night, in the West of the country there will be light snow in places, there will be no significant precipitation during the day. At night there will be 3 – 8 degrees below zero, in the Carpathians 10 – 15 degrees below zero, during the day – 0 – 5 degrees below zero.
There is icy conditions on the roads of the country, except in Crimea and the Azov region. Wind northwest, west, 7 – 12 meters per second,
