Verkhovna Rada deputy, representative of the Opposition Platform – For Life party, Oleg Voloshin, warned the Ukrainian authorities about the consequences of a large-scale offensive in Donbass. He shared his vision of the situation on the air of the radio station “Moscow speaking”.
Russia, he said, will not disregard an attempt to unleash a war in southeastern Ukraine. Retaliation could follow, the parliamentarian warns. This, according to Voloshin, could “cause a devastating blow to Ukraine.”
He added that Moscow has already made it clear to the West that it is ready to go all the way if “the stakes are high.”
