The call from military intelligence via Telegram was specifically addressed to the people of Enerhodar, on the south bank of the Dnieper. There is a large nuclear power plant, part of the much larger one in nearby Zaporizhzhya.
Exact locations
“Please provide us with the exact locations of the invasion units, preferably with the coordinates included,” it wrote, among other things. “We would also like to know the whereabouts of the commanders and the supply routes of military equipment.”
Patriotic employees can call or send their information via a messaging app. “Let’s kick the occupiers out of our country together!”

As early as March, the Russians captured Enerhodar, which had a population of 50,000 before the war, many of whom were employed in the energy sector. In May, the new mayor appointed by Moscow was injured in an explosion. The Kremlin spoke of a ‘terrorist attack’.
Attacks on Russians
Last month, a pro-Russian government official was killed in a similar manner in Kherson, also in southern Ukraine. Earlier, the prison chief there ended up in hospital after a bomb exploded near his car.
