It’s Ukraine downed a Russian Su-25 fighter jet today near Avdeevka.
This was announced by the spokesman of the unified press center of the Tauri Defense Forces, Colonel Alexander Stupun.
As he noted in a commentary for “Ukrainskaya Pravda”, the Ukrainian military shot down a Su-25 attack aircraft from the occupation forces of the Russian Federation. It is still being determined with what weapon the enemy plane was shot down.
“The spokesperson of the “Tavria” Air Defense Forces added that this is already the 8th destroyed aircraft of the enemy in the Avdeev direction since the beginning of the activation of its assault actions, that is, from October 10, 2023,” the article specifies.
As of the morning of November 14, the General Staff announced that since the beginning of Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine with 313 470 Russian occupiers killed.
In particular, 920 invaders were eliminated in the last 24 hours.
As for equipment, the enemy lost many aircraft. The Ukrainian military destroyed 322 aircraft and 324 helicopters.
Also 5,362 tanks, 10,086 armored vehicles, 5,649 unmanned aerial vehicles, more than 7.5 thousand artillery systems and the like were turned into scrap metal.
The United Press Center of the Tauri Defense Forces also reported that the Ukrainian military destroyed 20 units of enemy equipment there.
The total losses in the personnel of the enemy amounted to 504 Russian occupiers.
