“As we have said many times, nothing should happen about Ukraine without Ukraine. We are not aware of any conversations with Ukraine about negotiations outside the peace formula,” Patel said.
He added that the decision on any negotiations with Russia should be made by Ukraine, and the United States continues to make efforts to support the Ukrainian people.
