– Russia has not achieved its goals and we must help the military in Ukraine, says Josep Borrell in an interview with the Spanish TV channel RTVE. Borrell is the EU’s foreign secretary.

– The Russians have no interest in negotiating a ceasefire as long as the army has not achieved its goals, Borrell says.
