He said his country would agree to a US aid package in the form of loans or other options. The key is that help comes sooner, better.
Russian forces attacked Ukraine with drones and missiles, killing at least eight people and wounding 11 others in Kharkiv, Ukraine’s second largest city. According to Lieutenant General Mykola Oleshchuk, Russia attacked with 32 Iranian-made Shahed drones and fired 6 missiles.
Ukrainian air defense shot down three cruise missiles and 28 drones. “Russian killers continue to terrorize Ukrainian citizens and attack Kharkiv and other peaceful cities,” he said.
