The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valery Zaluzhny said that the army should develop and improve tactics for conducting offensive actions to liberate the occupied territories of the country.
“The most important thing is to prepare for the conduct of offensive operations to liberate the occupied territories,” Zaluzhny said during Forum 30.
He also noted that Ukraine must be ready for a full-scale invasion by Russian troops and the state must do everything so that the Armed Forces of Ukraine can defend the country.

Recall that President Volodymyr Zelensky on Friday, August 20, signed the Strategy for the development of the military-industrial complex of Ukraine. According to the Strategy, the goal of the state military-industrial policy is to create, on the basis of modern standards of corporate governance, a competitive and high-tech defense-industrial complex capable of meeting the existing and future needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military formations in weapons and military equipment.-
