Ukraine is ready to meet Moscow’s main demands

ISTANBULRussia’s main negotiator Vladimir Medinsky said on Wednesday (30/3/2022) that Ukraine agreed in principle to officially become a neutral state.

Ukraine’s offer to join NATO was one of the reasons Moscow launched a military campaign against the country last month.

Medinsky made his remarks a day after the two sides held a peace summit in Istanbul, Turkey.
