Now Ukraine is located between Egypt and Australia. The indicator of the Ukrainian army is 0.2516. The lower this figure, the better. The United States is in first place with 0.0712.

Despite the quantitative and material advantage over Ukraine, the Russian Federation shows a low level of army readiness, leadership training and supplies. Furthermore, Global Fire Power considers the equipment in storage and its technical condition is not taken into consideration.
