You can also listen to the article in an audio version.

Igor Mykhaylovich Danilov – a native of Makiivka Donetsk and guru of the AllatRa religious movement – appears on the website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the column “people hiding from the authorities”. According to the information provided, he is avoiding police investigation. Along with him, there are other representatives of the movement on the wanted list.

The Ukrainian National Police suspects Danilov and five other directors of AllatRy, which also operates under the brand Tvořivá společnost here and in Slovakia, of several crimes. In particular, from treason, justifying and rejecting Russian aggression, making and spreading communist and Nazi symbols, including the promotion of both of these regimes, and from creating and leading a criminal organization.

According to publicly available documents found on the Internet, the Pechersk District Court in Kyiv issued an arrest warrant for Danilov in June at the request of the chief investigator of the National Police of Ukraine. In fact, after his arrest, he would still decide to arrest.

Although the materials are anonymous, it is clear from the context that he is indeed the leader of the AllatRa movement. “The suspect is allowed to destroy, conceal or misrepresent any of the things and documents necessary to establish the circumstances of the crime and to influence witnesses unduly. legal,” said the court decision, adding that there is also concern that the suspect will continue in. criminal activity.

According to the Ukrainian police, Igor Danilov left his country on April 5, 2022. He crossed the border with Slovakia through the Maly Berezny railway crossing and has not yet returned.

His hiding place was found in the north-east of Slovakia near the Velká Domaša dam last December by a Seznam Zpráv reporter. She managed to capture Danilov and record an interview with him. We published a report about it in the program Landscape Kristina Cirokova.

The intervention of Slovak prosecutors:

Although Danilov is still in Domaš, according to information obtained by Seznam Zpravy from locals, in a court document, the Ukrainian police say that “his exact location has not been established.” “

The material also says that Danilov was “called an internationally wanted person” by the police, but Ukraine has not yet issued an international arrest warrant. This is also confirmed by the Slovak police.

“We do not register any European or international arrest warrant,” wrote Denisa Bárdyová from the Communications and Prevention Department of the Slovak Police Presidium in an email.

Reporter’s alleged crime

On the other hand, she came into the crosshairs of the Slovak prosecutor’s office Reporter of Seznam Správ Kristina Ciroková. The authorities suspect her of the crime of establishing, supporting and encouraging a movement that aimed to suppress fundamental rights and freedoms. And that’s because of reports and podcasts about sects.

The Ministry of the Interior has previously warned

In the last election period, the Slovak Ministry of the Interior warned against the Creative Society, which is a project of the AllatRa movement. In the mail on the social network Facebook last May, in connection with this project, wrote that people should remember the logo of the Creative Society and avoid it. “We are seeing an increase in the threat of hybrids that show signs of a cult,” the post said.

The Slovak prosecutor’s office suspects that the reporter promotes the ideology of counter-cultural movements and groups. It is precisely against the name of anti-cult that representatives of the AllatRa movement from the Czech Republic and Slovakia have been holding a large campaign on the Internet for several months.

According to the daily SME, however, the prosecutor Žilina Lucia Pavlaninová, who is in charge of the case, in the past encouraged the ideas of the Creative Society, which is a project of the AllatRa movement.

Kristina Ciroková’s legal representative, Sebastian Mach, said that Seznam Zpravy is ready to protect the reporter with all possible legal means.

Exhibitions from Slovakia:

Like a troll farm

The Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) together with the local police raided the AllatRa group last November. They call the movement “false-religious” and “sect,” but also “criminal group.” Ukrainian security forces conducted 74 inspections and closed 20 AllatRy centers in different parts of the country.

In an interview last year for Seznam Zprávy, Igor Danilov said that they are being persecuted illegally in Ukraine. “We have never encouraged Russia, we have never supported it. And that’s true,” said Danilov.

On the other hand, in court documents related to the investigation of the religious movement AllatRa, it is said that the group’s representatives should have supported the Russian Federation in spreading “pro-Russian ideas co – related to denying the existence of Ukraine. country, its language, its culture, its traditions and its statehood in general.” And not only in Ukraine, but also abroad.

According to investigators, AllatRa, which operates in 180 countries around the world, spreads Russian propaganda, for example, using books and videos on the Internet. According to the police, the video programs she was broadcasting appear to be “staged”, “every phrase is carefully thought out” and “the script is arranged”. Ukrainian authorities describe the group’s activities as a pro-Russian troll farm.

During home searches at AllatRy centers last year, Ukrainian police seized computers, mobile phones, books, promotional materials and other evidence. The police photos from the headquarters of the movement showed, among other things, a TV studio, a dressing room with a make-up room, or a TV technician. Among the items imported were a number of weapons and long and short explosives.

Danilov said these were hunting weapons. “It’s a hunting weapon. I got something as a gift, I had something,” he told the reporter.

The author of the book Křižovatka also wants

Other representatives of the AllatRa movement – Halina Jablochkina, Andrej Kovtunov, Andrej Michalchuk, Kristina Kovalevska and Hanna Khatymlyanska – are among the wanted persons listed on the website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.

Other representatives of the AllatRa movement are on the list of wanted persons on the website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.

Most of them are in different companies connected to AllatRa. For example, publishing houses that published books in Ukraine and Russia. According to the Ukrainian police, the book called Crossroads is the biggest problem. The author is Halina Jabločkina, who, however, published it under the pseudonym Anastasia Novych and the Seznam Zpráv team also filmed in Slovakia. The book tells about a Messiah called Nomo, who will unite the Slavic countries under the leadership of Russia.

“The biographical information about the figure of Nomo, who is called to unite the Slavic peoples and save all humanity from global disasters, is similar to the biographical information of Putin,” read the court material of the Pechersk District Court in Kyiv .

The documentary also mentions other works by Halina Yablochkina, which the Ukrainian media refers to as the gray image of the movement. These are the books of Sensei from Shambhala, whose main hero is supposed to be Danilov himself. According to the investigators, the author writes about him in the book that he went through special KGB training and as “an agent of the Russian special services performing activities on the territory ofUkraine.”

AllatRa defends himself by saying that the books are only fiction. “I had no contact with the special services. Never,” Danilov rejected this accusation in an interview for Seznam Zprávy.

Nevertheless, a Ukrainian counter-intelligence press release from last November says that the closed AllatRy centers “worked for the benefit of the special services of the Russian Federation”.
