The Cabinet of Ministers supported the draft resolution on amendments to the list of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors. The corresponding decision was made at a government meeting on Wednesday, March 10.
The document provides for the addition of new positions to the list, which, according to the authors, should enable law enforcement agencies to make further procedural decisions at the stage of pre-trial investigation.
In particular, the list of especially dangerous drugs, the circulation of which is prohibited, has been added to the list – 17 new items have been added. Another 36 items are added to the list of highly hazardous substances, the circulation of which is prohibited. In addition, five items have been added to the list of precursors whose circulation is limited and for which control measures are being established.
Recall last September in Ukraine allowed electronic trade in medicines.
