The Government of Ukraine has included a 66.65% stake in Investment Union Lybid LLC on the privatization list. This was announced by the representative of the Ukrainian Cabinet of Ministers in the Verkhovna Rada Taras Melnichuk. Previously, in Ukraine it was claimed that the beneficiaries of this company are Russian businessmen Arkady and Igor Rotenberg.
“A share of 66.65% of the authorized capital of the limited liability company Investment Union Lybid has been included in the list of large-scale privatization of state property,” Melnichuk said in a statement. It was published in the telegram channel.
Previously, Ukrainian media claimed that the Lybid IP, which owns the Kyiv Ocean Plaza shopping center, belongs to the Avangard-Vilarti company. It was noted that Arkady Rotenberg, through IS Lybid, owns Ocean Plaza. The cost of the shopping center was estimated at $180 million.
